Thomasian Architects rekindled their fond college memories as they celebrated their 89th grand alumni homecoming last March 2, 2019 in front of the UST Plaza Mayor. No theme could be more appropriate than this year's Rewind: We Go Back, We Give Back.

The gathering has the full support of the college and its students. The student council assisted with the registration and selling of merchandise while the Arkipella Mix Ensemble, the official chorale of the College of Architecture, performed the doxology of the event.

The alumni were welcomed by the host of the evening Ms. Marou Sarne of DWIZ Aliw Broadcasting Corporation and were roll called according to batch. The silver and golden jubilarians batch celebrants walked to the stage to be recognized by their fellow alumni.

Arch. Tess T. Tamayo, the co-chair of the Host Batch 1994, thanked everyone who supported, sponsored and joined their homecoming. At the end of her speech, she encouraged all of her fellow alumni to keep their inspiration they have developed throughout the years in their industry.

Arch. Tamayo was answered by a warm round of applause and so was college dean Arch. Rodolfo P. Ventura when he unveiled the portraits of 4 world-class Thomasian architects who showed exemplary and outstanding contributions worldwide.

Two tributes that conveyed appreciation and gratitude marked the homecoming event. The first tribute was the awarding of certificates and medals to jubilarians to recognize their significant contributions in the field of architecture.

The second tribute was dedicated to the former professors of the jubilarians who molded them into a committed, competent, and compassionate architects they are today.
