As stated by people from different walks of life, high school years are, most of the time, considered to be one of the most fun and adventurous part of one?s life; and the people and memories shared in these years will be deep-seated in people?s mind through the years.

Last January 28, the UST Education High School (EHS) held their Grand Alumni Homecoming;  and they took all the alumni present to a walk down memory lane-paving the way for the meeting and gathering of long-lost friends.

The event was also held in commemoration of the 1950th year of the Glorious Martyrdom of the Apostles St. Peter and St. Paul who suffered and died for the one and true faith in our Lord.

The lobby of the Buenaventura Garcia Paredes O.P. building was filled to the brim with laughter, food and the happy noises of all the people seeing their friends again after a very, very long time.

There were dancing and singing along with the band who performed songs like Build Me Up Buttercup-a staple in every grand alumni homecoming-that were big hits in their time.

All batches present in this year?s homecoming were given recognition, especially the Tin, Crystal, China, Silver, Pearl, Coral, Ruby, Sapphire, Golden, Jade and Diamond jubilarians, for their loyalty to the university and for their contribution in bringing pride and elevating the standards of our beloved university.

Present also in the homecoming are Mr. John Simon, President of the UST EHS General Alumni Association Inc. (EHSGAAI) and a member of the batch 1977, Ms. Luningning Adona who led the tribute to the former EHS Student teachers and Mr. Gilberto Artificio, Internal Vice President of the EHSGAAI, who delivered his closing remarks as the program came to an end.
