In partnership with the Australian-based company Prosple, the UST Office of Alumni Relations (OAR), and Career and Counseling Center (CCC) under the Office of the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs (OVRAA) formally launched the university’s office career directory listing website last August 20, 2021. The website features a roster of the university’s verified companies and employers currently looking for UST graduates to join their workforce.

Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Dr. Cheryl Peralta, DrPH, in her message, said that the career directory listing will serve as the gateway and platform for Thomasians to transition from school to work. It heightens the graduates’ awareness of the many possibilities they can explore outside the university locally and internationally. In this time of the pandemic, the university also extends its support to the alumni jumpstarting, shifting, or upscaling their careers to continue achieving their dreams.

“May we be able to assist more Thomasians to land jobs where they can grow as individuals and lead others towards productivity and service”, added Dr. Peralta.

Prosple Marketing and Growth Lead Yohanne Esguerra also presented the website’s interface and functionality during the event. She gave a simple and quick navigation tour for the students and alumni to try. Employers and companies were also given brief descriptions and instructions on how to join the career directory list of the university.

The career directory listing is a long-term follow-up project of the UST Virtual Career Fair last May 31, 2021 with Prosple. To visit the website, go to https://careers-ust.prosple.com/For the companies and employers who are interested to join, fill out the job posting request form here: https://alumnirelations.ust.edu.ph/careers/.
