Thomasian Alumni Charter and USTAAI Operations Manual
On October 27, the Office of Alumni Relations and UST Alumni Association, Inc. called for a general assembly to all recognized alumni associations, chapters, and groups to officially launch and distribute the university Thomasian Alumni Charter and USTAAI Operations Manual.
The Thomasian Alumni Charter is a handbook where the working relationship of OAR and USTAAI are clearly defined. The charter also includes the accountability and regulatory procedures of both organizations and their standardized processes in line with the alumni association needs and requests from the University.
On the other hand, the USTAAI Operations Manual is a single source of information for what the AAI does which includes the association's organizational structure, protocols, membership dues, and support fund.
