On the afternoon of the 24 th of June, the UST Golden Cross and Saber Alumni Association Inc. (USTGCSAI), the official organization of all Reserve Officers and Training Corps (ROTC) alumni, held a turnover ceremony of their Board of Directors. The outgoing national commander, RM Ferdinand dela Cruz, officially opened the event as he delivered his opening remarks to formally welcome the outgoing and incoming board of directors, and all guests who were present and involved. This was soon followed by the turnover ceremony proper, supervised by the Officer-in-Charge of the Office of Alumni Relations, Mr. Fredeswindo R. Medina, where the outgoing national commander RM Dela Cruz transferred the saber of responsibility to the incoming head of USTGCSAI, RM Kenneth Reclusado. Mr. Medina and Dr. Evelyn A. Songco, current president of the UST Alumni Association Inc., delivered a message to the members and newly elected officers before they were presented and inducted.

RM Reclusado, the 2018-2020 national commander of the USTGCSAI, gave his acceptance speech before the event gave way to fellowship.
