The program opened with a vibrant roll call of USTAAI's member associations. Presidents and representatives from alumni groups were present, representing the diverse, global network that maintains the University's legacy long after graduation.
Partners in Reformation
The assembly was honored to host JSupt. Maria Lourdes P. Pacion, RPh, the City Jail Warden of the BJMP Quezon City Jail - Male Dormitory, as the guest speaker. A proud alumna of the UST Pharmacy Class of 1994, JSupt. Pacion admitted that her current role was a significant career shift from pharmacy, but she still carried the Thomasian core values as she led a unit in a high-stakes public service environment.

During her address, she took the opportunity to promote the services and reformative initiatives of the Quezon City Jail. She extended invitations to collaborate with alumni leaders and encouraged them to explore partnerships that directly benefit Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL). Her message emphasized that the Thomasian mission of service to the nation extends to people seeking reformation and a second chance in life.

Honoring the Father of the Association
Outgoing USTAAI President Atty. Dwight M. Ramos delivered his final President's Report and provided an overview of the activities and milestones achieved during his tenure from 2023 to 2026. Under his guidance, the association strengthened and expanded its community ties with more alumni groups outside Manila, renovated its office into a more functional and aesthetically pleasing space where alumni convene, and established standard operating procedures, workflows, and policies through its published USTAAI Operations Manual.

Immediately following his report, the outgoing USTAAI Chairman Dr. Evelyn Songco, presented Atty. Ramos with an image of St. Joseph the Worker. The association chose the gift to signify his role as a hardworking father to the association over the last three years, mirroring the saint's dedication and protective care for his family. While he steps down as President, Atty. Ramos will continue to offer his guidance as the new Chairman of the Board.
The session continued with the Treasurer's Report presented by Arnelito Ocampo which detailed the association's fiscal standing and transparent management of funds.
