The Office of Alumni Relations held a fundraising musical play screening of Boublil and Schöneberg's Miss Saigon last May 10, 2024 at the Solaire Resort Entertainment City, Parañaque.
Thomasian and alumni and their families participated on the fundraiser to watch the critically acclaimed show and support scholars of the university at the same time.
Asst. Prof. Joreen T. Rocamora, the OAR Director, said the fundraiser responds to students' requests for financial assistance.
"The OAR is receiving requests for financial assistance from students with regard to supporting their academic requirements, international student mobility/visiting abroad, [and] paper presentations among others."
OAR strives to take a step further in raising funds for its beneficiaries by organizing more projects and collaborating with different alumni associations.
Besides from the annual Rector's Cup golf tournament, an art exhibit is set to launch in July and an international pilgrimage in honor of St. Thomas Aquinas will fly off this December.
