Below are the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on how to apply for the Thomasian Alumni Card. If your concern is not found below, please feel free to send us a message!
1. Who can avail an alumni card?

Thomasians who successfully finished an elementary, high school, undergraduate, or graduate degree can avail either the ANNUAL or LIFETIME alumni card.
Also, those who have finished at least four (4) semesters or two (2) years in the university can avail of the ANNUAL alumni card.

2. How can I get my alumni card?

You can claim the card by yourself or through a representative.

*For batches 2011-present, you only need to present a valid ID and a screenshot of your Alumni Information System (AIS) profile.

**For batches 2010 below, you need to fill out the verification form (below this page or on-site), have your form verified, pay your fees at the Finance Office (2nd floor, UST Main Building) and show us your receipt and a screenshot of your Alumni Information System (AIS) profile to claim your card within only a couple of minutes.

3. How can I apply for or claim my alumni card through a representative?

You should provide a letter authorizing your representative to apply for or claim your alumni card. Your representative should also present the requirements
stated above and his/her own valid I.D., together with a photocopy of your and your representative’s valid I.D.s as well.

4. What are the types of alumni card?

There are two (2) DIFFERENT types of alumni card per faculty/college/institute — one is from your own faculty/college/institute which gives you the access to the university and specific buildings and the other is the university alumni card which gives you access to the university and more than one establishment.

*Note: The perks and privileges of these two cards vary from one another.

5. How much does the annual university alumni card membership cost?

It costs P500 and will be valid for a period of one (1) year from application.

6. How much does the lifetime university alumni card membership cost?

It costs P1,500 and has no expiration date.

7. What are the perks and privileges of the alumni card?

We have different partner establishments that offer discounts to alumni cardholders, apart from the discounts given by the University.

8. I lost my previous alumni card. How can I replace it?

You should present a duly notarized affidavit of loss and any valid I.D. of yours.

*Note that there is a replacement fee of P200.

9. Can I replace my old/damaged alumni card?

Yes, you can apply for the replacement of your old/damaged alumni card. There is also a replacement fee of P200 and you need to surrender your old/ damaged alumni card.

*If you want to keep you old alumni card, you may do so provided that an authorized person from our office corrupts its chipset.

10. When and where can we get our alumni card?

You can visit our office located at 3rd Floor, Buenaventura Garcia Paredes, O.P. Building, Thomasian Alumni Center, UST, España, Manila (Beside P. Noval gate)
Tuesdays through Saturdays from 9:30am-11:30am & 1:30pm-5:30pm.

For Batch 2011 & up
  1. Register your alumni profile: http://ais.ust.edu.ph and screenshot your profile.
  2. Bring any valid ID.
  3. Proceed to 3rd Floor, Blessed Buenaventura Garcia Paredes, O.P. Building, Thomasian Alumni Center (beside P. Noval gate).
  4. Present the following to get your alumni card:
    – screenshot of your alumni profile
    – valid ID
    – ID photo (optional for batch 2011 and 2012)
For Batch 2010 & below
  1. Register your alumni profile: http://ais.ust.edu.ph and screenshot your profile.
  2. Bring any valid ID.
  3. Proceed to 3rd Floor, Blessed Buenaventura Garcia Paredes, O.P. Building, Thomasian Alumni Center (beside P. Noval gate).
  4. Fill-out a verification form.
  5. Get your form verified by our staff.
  6. Proceed to 2F, UST Main Building and present the form for centralized payment system (Php 1,500 for lifetime / Php 500 for annual).
  7. Return to the Thomasian Alumni Center, present the following to get your alumni card:
    – screenshot of your alumni profile
    – valid ID
    – verified form
    – payment receipt
    – ID photo (optional)
For Replacement of damaged/lost alumni card
  1. Register your alumni profile: http://ais.ust.edu.ph and screenshot your profile.
  2. Bring any valid ID.
  3. Proceed to 3rd flr, Blessed Buenaventura Garcia Paredes, O.P. Building, Thomasian Alumni Center (beside P. Noval gate).
  4. Fill-out a verification form.
  5. Get your form verified by our staff.
  6. Proceed to 2F, UST Main Building and present the form for centralized payment system (Php 200).
  7. Return to the Thomasian Alumni Center, present the following to get your alumni card:
    – screenshot of your alumni profile
    – valid ID
    – verified form
    – payment receipt
    – ID photo (optional for batch 2012 below, graduation photos are available for batch 2013-present)
    – affidavit of loss (for replacement of lost alumni card)
For Representatives
  1.  Please refer to the application process tailored for the graduation batch of the person you are representing (The same requirements and procedures apply).
    2. The representative also needs to present the following additional requirements:
    – Authorization letter
    – Photocopy of the alumnus’ or alumnae’s valid ID
    – Photocopy of the representative’s valid ID
