The UST Medical Alumni Association, Inc. (USTMAA) and the Office of Alumni Relations (OAR) are inviting all Thomasian doctors in the 77th Grand Alumni Homecoming of the UST Faculty of Medicine and Surgery from January 12 to 15 next year, with the theme “Bayani Tomasino, M.D.”
USTMAA will hold several activities within the four-day event, starting with the alumni welcome walk on January 12 (Thursday), wherein the attendees will re-enter the Arch of the Centuries.
On January 13 (Friday), a cocktails night with UST Rector Fr. Herminio V. Dagohoy, O.P. will be held at the Buenaventura G. Paredes, O.P. Building Lobby from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
A Eucharistic Celebration will be held on January 14 (Saturday) at the Dr. Robert Sy Grand Ballroom, to be followed by the recognition of 900 Jubilarian awardees and the induction of the new set of USTMAA officers, from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
To cap off the four-day event, a gala night will be held at the Manila Hotel on January 15 (Sunday).
This year’s alumni homecoming is organized by Dr. Patrick Gerald L. Moral, as the over-all chair, together with the USTMAA officers and in partnership with the OAR.
More than a thousand Thomasian doctors are expected to grace the event.
